Osteopathy is a natural, hands-on holistic approach to health care based on the knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, physical assessment and treatment. Practitioners use palpation to assess and treat the bones and soft tissues of the body to relieve pain and tightness, improve range of motion, relieve symptoms and help restore function.
